BD9S400MUF-C is a synchronous buck DC/DCConverter with built-in low On Resistance powerMOSFETs. It is capable of providing current up to 4A.

The SLLMTM control provides excellent efficiencycharacteristics in light-load conditions which make theproduct ideal for reducing standby power consumption ofequipment. Small inductor is applicable due to highswitching frequency of 2.2MHz. It is a current modecontrol DC/DC Converter and features high-speedtransient response. Phase compensation can also be seteasily.

It can also be synchronized to external pulse.
